Exciting opportunity to act as PA to Director & COO and provide high quality, efficient administration support at one of Burnley’s fastest growing businesses. Location: Burnley Office with reasonable travel. Start Date: By 7th January 2019 Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer.
Essential Qualifications
5 GCSEs/’O’ Levels or equivalent or demonstrate qualification for role by experience.
Desirable Qualifications
At least Grade C or equivalent in English & Mathematics.
Essential Experience
5+ years’ relevant office experience
Desirable Experience
Account management experience including invoicing and pricing.
Other
Demonstrate good attendance & punctuality.
Attributes
Excellent telephone manner. Ability to act logically & methodically & meet deadlines.
Personal Qualities
Personable, organised & hardworking. A team player capable of using initiative. Willing to learn, self-motivated.
